Exit through the glass sliding doors from the casual living and dining area and you're in BBQ and alfresco entertaining heaven. Think about how you might tackle those snags and prawns you just bought on the 4-burner BBQ and enjoy a meal on the extra-large outdoor table. Or just grab a beer and take in the fresh country air. The alfresco deck wraps around to the rear of the house with access to the master bedroom just around the corner.

Take off your shoes, and enjoy a picnic in the backyard or a run around with the kids. Then once the evening is nigh, huddle around the fire-pit and toast marshmallows while chatting about your holiday in Berry heaven. You'll also find a clothesline in the backyard should you need to do a load of laundry or two during your stay.
